试析检察机关监督民事庭审活动的内容

　　很长一段时间人民法院民事法庭诉讼活动的监督，检察机关都面临着困难，在立法和实践中的障碍，这大大削弱了检察机关民事检察监督能力。近年来，一些地区的检察机关和人民法院在民事法庭诉讼监督的一个有益的探索，检察官应借此为契机，进一步学习他们的监督职能，更好地履行法律监督职责。

　　For a long time, the procuratorial organs of the people's court supervision of the activities of civil court proceedings are facing difficulties in legislation and in practice barriers, which greatly weakened the prosecution of civil procuratorial oversight capabilities.
