刑法国家化背景下国内想法发展研究

　　在经济全球化背景下，应加快法律制度的国际化，充分认识国际刑法在保护人权方面的重要性。在推动我国法律建设进程中，应以刑事法律为背景，在符合世界刑法的前提下，根据现行刑法和国际立法，吸收有益经验的同时注意刑事法律本地化。更新改善刑事法律，完善现有制度，减少刑法国际化进程中的差异。
