传统知识的国际保护研究

　　传统知识的保护在国际社会上是没有异议的，但具体讨论到如何保护，在这个方式上存在分歧，发达国家提议在双边的环境下自行协商签约，去制定彼此满意的保护法则。作为发展中国家，众多国家达成的共识：应该在多边协商情况下创建一个所有国家都普遍遵守的国际公约。本文提出观点：鉴于当前的国际形势，即传统知识急需被纳入TRIPS框架内，需要一系列符合其特点的法律保护机制，发展中国家只有做到合理应对，才能在这个问题上早有进展。
