浅谈网络主权的国际立法研究

　　如今随着科学技术在社会应用中的广泛发展，互联网极大的触动了一个所有国家都赖以生存的安全基础问题，信息安全是国家安全的一个重要组成部分，它与其他安全因素紧密的联系在一起，所以信息安全问题在国家安全中的地位更高。该文章对网络主权的国家立法以及相关政策进行研究，针对网络主权这个问题明确网络主权的国际立法，最后分析结果得出加强国家网络主权的解决方案。
