浅析地下六合彩的法律定性

　　最近几年，地下六合彩在中国不少地区，尤其是南方各地异常火爆，这种类型的赌博活动影响了百姓的日常生活，对社会经济秩序造成了很大的危害，不利于社会安定团结。打击地下六合彩是广大群众的强烈呼声。本文尝试从社会学角度介绍六合彩概况，从刑法学角度揭露其社会危害性。
