权力行使的责任追究问题分析

　　行使权力从根本上讲是一种责任，是去提供一种服务。如果不能恰当的使用，就会受到相应的责任追究。但在国内的具体实践中，权利却常被当做和财富资本一样被拿来炫耀，在行使权力的过程中缺乏严厉的责任追究，导致“我爸是李刚”这样的不当言行。权利行使责任追究机制，我国的具体追究体现在三个方面：1.我党对权利行使责任的追究。2.权利行使的行政处分。3.权利行使的刑事责任追究。权利行使责任追究的现实问题，当前我国对权利行使责任追究存在的两大问题分别是：1.权利刑事责任追究的替代问题。2.刑事责任追究的刑罚设置问题：职务犯罪的刑罚设置缺乏资格刑的剥夺、职务犯罪的刑法缺少刑金刑的规定、设置跨度大，操作性较差。
