检察机关全程同步录像录音的相关问题探析

　　国内在办理自侦职务犯罪案件的过程中实现了全程录像录音制度，这个措施能巩固证据，同时对于检察人员的言行和执法行为都是一种规范和约束，某种程度上避免了刑讯逼供，实现了文明执法的理念。全程同步录像录音在实践中还是出现了一些问题，本文结合作者多年在基层检察技术部门的实际工作经验，就现存的录像录音过程中出现的问题谈几点看法。
