刑讯逼供产生的原因以及危害研究

　　刑讯逼供是一种利用暴力行为逼取口供的行为，主要对犯罪嫌疑人或者被告人进行肉刑以及变相肉刑。当然，刑讯逼供破坏了执法机关的公正的形象，在执行过程中侵犯了当事人的合法权益。本文的目的就是对当今司法实践中对刑讯逼供的行为进行研究分析，找出刑讯逼供的产生原因，并对限制刑讯逼供给出自己的看法。

　　Torture is a use of violence to extract confessions behavior, mainly on the suspect or the accused, corporal punishment and corporal punishment in disguise. Of course, torture undermines fair image of law enforcement agencies, in the course of a violation of the legitimate rights and interests.
