浅谈虐童时间的刑法制裁问题研析

　　近几年，我国部分城市学校常出现举报虐待儿童的事件，尤其在网络引起强烈的反应。但就法律而言，我国刑法并不能对这些案件给出合理的解决方案，笔者认为可以通过刑法修正案的方式完善在这方面的立法，最后达到有效制裁虐待儿童的行为，最终减少这类恶性伤害事件的发生。

　　In recent years, China's urban schools often appear to report cases of child abuse, especially in the network caused a strong reaction. A matter of law, China's criminal law and can not be used in these cases is given a reasonable solution, I believe that by way of the Criminal Law Amendment improve the legislation in this area, and finally achieve effective sanctions child abuse and ultimately reduce this type of cancer injury events.
