高等教育行政纠纷机制解决分析

　　我国当前高等教育领域屡次出现行政纠纷的情况，针对这种情况，纠纷非诉和司法审查两种机制做出深入的探究，从动态的角度去分析其利弊，还需要从不同机制的自身特点出发，试图去发现之间的相关性，在这些基础上建立以司法审查为主的高等教育行政纠纷多元化解决机制。

　　China's current higher education administrative disputes arise frequently the case, for this situation, non-litigation disputes and judicial review of two mechanisms to make in-depth inquiry, from a dynamic point of view to analyze the pros and cons, but also from its own characteristics of different mechanisms , trying to find a correlation between, on the basis of the establishment of these judicial review based diversified higher education administrative disputes settlement mechanism.
