国际海洋法和领海制度的发展历程

　　近些年不断的有海洋区域的争端，这些现象都表明海洋经济渐渐成为未来世界经济发展的重要区域，所有国家都在运用国家海洋法趋利避害，为在海洋权益争夺中做准备。本文章通过对海洋法以及领海制度的研究分析，对于我国做好与周边国海域规划工作和维护我国海洋权益给出合理性见解。
