经济纠纷和经济犯罪的关系研究

　　我国的市场秩序受到经济犯罪和经济纠纷两种常规因素的影响，虽然具有不同的性质，但体现到具体实践中，两者交叉的问题也会让法律工作者感觉很麻烦。明确经济纠纷和经济犯罪的区别，这个是高效合理办案的前提条件。该文章试图给出完善的解决方法和预防机制，主要从对经济纠纷和犯罪的定义特征等区分，以及对经济纠纷和犯罪交叉案件的解析下手，最终达到减少经济范畴内犯罪的可能。
