本申请书由投保人如实和尽可能详尽地填写并签字后作为向本公 司投保建筑工程一切险的依据。本申请书为该工程保险单的组成部
分。
The Applicant is required to fill in the following items in good faith arid asd etailed as possible，and affix signature to this proposal , which shall be treated as peoof of application to the Company for Contractor, All Risks Insurance and consitute an integral part of the Insurance Policy covering the project.

填写建筑工程一切险投保单应注意的事项
1.明确建筑工程一切险合同的基本内容
本保险的投保人为工程承建人。本保险的保险人对下列原因造成 的建筑工程的损失和支付的费用负赔偿责任：洪水、潮水、火灾、地 震、海啸.、暴雨、风暴、雪崩、山崩、冻灾、冰雹及其他自然灾害;

雷电、火灾、爆炸、飞机坠毁、飞机部件或飞行物体坠落；盗窃、工 人、技术工作人员缺乏经验、疏忽、过失、恶意行为、原材料缺陷或 工艺不善引起的事故。发生上述损失后，现场的必要清除费用，保险 人在保险金额限度内负责赔偿。本保险在保单列明的建筑期限内自投 保工程动工日或自被保险项目被运抵建筑工地时起生效，直至建筑工 程完毕经验收时终止，但最晚终止期应不超过保单所列明的终止日 期。保险期限的扩展，必须事先获得保险人的书面同意。本保险的保 险金额应为保险标的建筑完成时的总价值，包括运费、安装费、关税 等。建筑用机器、设备、装置应按重置价值计算。其他承保项目，应 按保险双方商定的金额计算。第三者责任险为本保险的附加险。如果 在建筑工程一切险项下加保第三者责任险，则在保险期限内，在建筑 场地或建筑场地附近，由于发生意外事故引起第三者遭受财产损失或 人身伤害所致的被保险人依法应负的赔偿责任，保险人负责赔偿。
2.其他注意事项
投保本保险，必须按保单要求及时交付保险费，保险责任在投保 人交付保险费后开始生效。发生保险事故，被保险人应按要求提供有 效的必要单证、单据，保险人经核实后即予赔付。
