PROMISSORY NOTE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED (the “Intermediary Lender”) by this promissory note promises to pay to the order of the Export - Import

Bank of the United States (“Eximbank”）at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, in the City of New York，State of New York

，United States of America, the Principal sum of & x x x , in lawful currency of the United States of America, in

installments as provided below, and to pay at said office interest in like currency of he principal balance thereof
