突发事件应急管理的法制化解决方案研究

　　突发事件往往能引起较大的关注，除了能带给人们巨大的影响外，突发时间常能让人们处于不安全的状态之中，相对应突发事件的应急管理变得很重要。突发事件应急管理的法律建设也是应对突发事件中政府需要格外注意的地方，只有努力完善了应急法律规范，才能确保应急管理的高效执行。本文对突发事件应急管理法的概念进行了详细阐述，通过具体案例指出了当前应急管理法中存在的问题，最后针对所有问题做出分析讨论，在现有的研究基础上给予较完善的解决方案。

Emergency Management is the legal construction of the government to respond to emergencies need extra attention, only efforts to improve the emergency laws and regulations, to ensure efficient implementation of emergency management. In this paper, emergency management law concepts were elaborated by specific cases pointed out the Emergency Management Act problems, make the final analysis for all issues discussed on the basis of the existing studies provide a better solution programs.
