    (一)名词
    1.名词的单复数
    只有单数形式的名词。例如:
    homework,housework,population,traffic,food,bread,knowledge.money,work,tea,weather,air,science
    特殊复数形式的名词。例如:
    man—men,woman—women,tooth—teeth,fool—feet,child—children
    形式上是单数却用作复数的名词。例如:
    people,police
    形式上是复数却用作单数的名词。例如:
    news,maths,physics,politics
    单复数同形的名词。例如:
    sheep—sheep,japanese—japanese,chinese—chinese
    通常以复数形式出现,其谓语也用复数的名训。例如:
    clothes,shoes,glasses,trousers,stockings
    2.名词的所有格
    在单数名词后加-’s。例如:
    jack’s,my brother’s
    在以-s结尾的复数名词后加’。例如:
    the teachers’room the twins’clothes
    在不以-s结尾的复数名词后加-s。例如:
    men’s shoes,children’s day
    两个并列名词的所有格,在后面一个名词后越-’s。例如:
    rose and jack’s father
