be(is, am, are, was, were); feel, smell, sound, taste, look, seem; get, become, turn, go, stay, keep; prove

表语: 名、形、副、代、-ing、-ed、to do、从句

1) 史密斯先生是一家修理厂的老板。

mr. smith is a boss of a garage.

2) 这是你应该牢记在心的。

this is what you should keep in mind.

3) 是她正在隔壁房间里唱歌。

it is she that/who is singing next door.

4) 这位大学教授明年67岁。

this professor will be 67 next year.

5) 夏天他最喜欢的运动是游泳。

his favorite sports is swimming in summer.

6) 除了张明之外，所有的都强烈反对那条提议。

all the students except zhang ming are strongly against the proposal.

7) 我的家乡再也不是十年以前的样子了。

my hometown is no longer what it used to be ten years ago.

8) 她买那件衣服可犯了大错误。

it was a big mistake that she bought that dress.

it is not easy for him to support such a big family.
