　　kroll said the romanian dacia auto company is a successful example. it managed to optimize the design, improve quality and cut costs of their own cars with the help of their cooperator renault’s technological platform, management experience and sale network. not only have they kept the brands, but also seized a larger market share in the country.

　　中国市场空间大，生产成本低。通用、大众、丰田、日产等汽车巨头纷纷在中国建立生产基地。kroll说，中国吸引了这些公司的全球总投资的60－80％。

　　他说罗马尼亚达西亚汽车公司就是一个成功的例子。该公司依托合作商雷诺汽车公司的技术平台、管理经验和销售网络等资源，不断完善设计、提高质量、降低成本，不但保存了自己的品牌，而且扩大了在本国的市场占有份额。
