　Harbin is my pen-friend's hometown.It is in the north.So it is very cold in winter.But you can see beautiful ice lanterns and ice carvings here.Many people come to see them every year.People here also like to go swimming in winter.You can see them swimming in the Songhua River in the cold weather.These are popular winter sports in Harbin.

　Summer is the best seasin in Harbin.It is coll here.You can go swimming and boating in the Songhua River.You can also go fishing on the Sun Island.There are many people here on holiday every summer.Summer is my favourite time of the year.
