    我从未看过荒原
    i never saw a moor--
    我从未看过荒原--
    i never saw the sea--
    我从未看过海洋--
    yet know i how the heather looks
    可我知道石楠的容貌
     what a billow be.
    和狂涛巨浪。
    i never spoke with god
    我从未与上帝交谈
    nor visited in heaven--
    也不曾拜访过天堂--
    yet certain am i of the spot
    可我好像已通过检查
     the checks were given--
    一定会到那个地方
