"rainbow heaven" has a british rock style. will and jay co-wrote six of the 11 songs on the album.

the two met eight years ago at a record company in taiwan and started to make music together. no one had heard about them at that time. they helped each other however they could.

"we did many things for the first time together - like selling our first song," said jay. "one time he had a bath at my house while i watched tv. we forgot to turn off the gas (煤气) and both of us nearly died!"

will says that although jay is famous now, he is still the same friend. jay often calls will and asks him to go out for dinner.

they play basketball together too, but their styles are very different. jay likes to show off his cool moves, while will is all about getting the points (分数).

"i'm the only one who can guess where he's going to pass the ball," will joked.

jay and will do go about writing their songs in different ways.

"i always try to make the music fit my mood," he says. "but jay will think about the music first, then develop his feelings out of that."
