some time n. "相当长的一段时间" adv. "某个时候,某一天"=sometime
some times adv. "数次"
sometime adv. "某个时候,某一天"(可指过去,也可指将来),可用some time代替
sometimes adv."有时,间或"=now and then /from time to time
some day "有朝一日,有一天"(只指将来的一天),常与表示将来的时态连用,也可写成someday
the other day "那一天,前几天"(只指过去的某一天),仅用于过去时态中
