1. whether one is happy or not is decided by his feeling. anyone can be happy or unhappy. true achievement lies in our struggling towards happiness. however, it seems quite strange to many people that we make an effort to be happy. we just assume that it’s the feeling which comes as a result of good things brought to us.
2. to be happy, we should try to do three things: firstly, we should try to realize that unhappy things also exist in others’ live. secondly, we should try to get rid of such imagination. thirdly, we should try to explore whether acquiring our lost things will really make us happy. as to the lost things, there being many choices, we can get it again, replace it , forget it or focus on the things what we have now. it all depends on ourselves.
3. to be happy, we should try to avoid comparing with others, imaging to be perfect or worrying about losing title. therefore, if we can pay attention to all these things above, i believe that we can be happy finally.
do you desire to be happy? when asked this question, nearly all people will give the answer “yes” without hesitation. nevertheless, what is happiness? and what
is the essential factor to influence happiness? virtually happiness is a kind of feeling and emotion, which can be obtained by the endeavor of ourselves. whether a person is happy or not is mostly decided by his attitude towards life.
to be happy, firstly, we should try to understand that life is not easy at all to all of us. difficulties and pressure exist everywhere during our process of making a living. it is unnecessary to complain about it and even become pessimistic. secondly, it is important for us to confront our life with right attitude, to be active and grateful. in spite of suffering from disasters, instead of being sad and negative, we should try to maintain the faith that tomorrow will be another day. we often hear some people saying "i have no choice now." however, this is totally wrong. in fact, at this moment, we still have a choice, to be happy or unhappy.
meanwhile, to be happy, we have to pay attention to two important points. one is that we should not try to build up our own happiness on she basis of others' misery, because that is not real happy. the other is that we'd better not to pursuit happiness merely for the aim of being happy. if we do so, we will lose more than what we have got.
above all, no matter what our life will be alike, we should take an active attitude towards life. don't take everything for granted. feeling our life with a grateful emotion and being open-minded, in that case, we can be happy..
