24. may i have your name, please?

     请问尊姓大名？

25. which company are you from?

     你是哪个公司的？

26. would you give me your business card?

     请您给我您的名片好吗？

     注释：用would 开头，是一种客气的说法。

27.do you have an appointment?

     你有预约吗？

28. i'll see if he is available.

     我看看他是否方便。

     注释：available，方便，有空，也可用free。

29.would you please have a seat and wait for a few moments?

     请稍坐片刻。

30. i'm sorry to have keep you waiting, but he's still not free.

     很抱歉，让你久等，但他还是没空。

     注释：keep somebody  doing，让某人持续做某事，是常用的短语。

31.the manager is expecting you.

     经理正在等你。
