众所周知，toefl考试的官方即ets和国内的中国考试中心。目前就大家都比较关心的新t时间和78月加考问题，trees致信ets和中国考试中心，分别得到如下回复，本人根据回复也进行了一些简单的分析。

please be advised that ets is committed to a successful transition worldwide. in order to maintain test and score integrity and ensure a quality administration for test takers, ets will introduce the new internet-based toefl (ibt) test in phases.
the toefl ibt test will first be administered in the united states on september 24, 2005. on october 22, the toefl ibt test will begin in canada,france, germany and italy. the test will be introduced in the rest of the world in 2006. a complete schedule will be available by november 1, 2005. please refer to the toefl ibt timeline at
