the founding of the anti-malfeasance-and-tort bureau will help to excercise a tougher supervision over judicature and law enforcement to improve social justice, its major responsibility being to deal with the malfeasance cases that deeply harm the people's interest, and those who harm the socialist market economy, like the criminals involved in commercial bribes and those involved with local mafias.
