[瑜伽教程]瑜加的平衡姿势 ---树式
取山立式站姿,屈右膝,将右脚跟尽量收到左腿内侧腹股沟处。可以用手将脚跟挪到位。右膝指向外侧,髋部朝前。双手合掌于胸前成祈祷状。平衡身体,体会头部向上与左脚撑地双向拉伸的感觉。右脚有力压紧左大腿有助于平衡。

替换姿势
做好祈祷式后,可以将双手举过头顶,双手仍取合十祈祷式;也可以两手大拇指相互扣住,这样有助于做头顶合十动作。
